Samantha Crompvoets
Board Chairperson
Sam has a background as an academic, entrepreneur, consultant, and advisor to federal government and the private sector on issues to do with women’s health policy and advocacy, domestic and family violence, institutional misconduct, and integrating women into traditionally male dominated fields. She is passionate about empowering women in business, having founded and run her own small business for eight years.

Jane Gold
Secretary
Jane has worked in Community Services for Non-Government Organisations for 30 years. Jane’s career included Women’s Refuge Work in Victoria for 13 years, Family Services Work back in NSW for 5 years and as Manager/Executive Officer at Penrith Women’s Health Centre from 2011 and lastly some contract work for Women’s Health NSW before retiring from the workforce in 2021.

Justine Dorrell
Treasurer
An experienced Recruitment Consultant, Justine has been supporting businesses in the Northern Rivers and QLD with their recruitment and training needs since 2011, and is experienced in temporary, permanent and executive recruitment.
As the Talent and Culture Manager for Elements of Byron over the past two years, Justine Dorrell has embedded a culture of care, belonging and growth through her leadership of recruitment, culture and training.

Tess Dellagiacoma
Member
Tess began her career as a registered nurse at the Camperdown Children’s Hospital. Tess is now a nationally accredited mediator and runs her own business under the Family Law Act. She has completed the Foundations of Directorship course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She hopes to contribute her expertise in board governance, her knowledge of government funding and philanthropic grants, and her law qualifications and demonstrated feminist approach to delivering services.

Jennifer Parke
Member
Jennnifer has been a senior manager delivering support services for vulnerable young people in both State and Federal government departments as well as in the not for profit sector. She has also been a Board member for a youth service and a community development service and brings these skills, networks and perspectives to the Board of NORWACS.
